American made lightweight handbag
I was looking for a handbag that was made in America, fashionable and lightweight. This is perfect . I absolutely love it. Perfect size. Everything is easily found. I didn’t want one that had an over abundance of ‘pockets’. The fabric is very unique - a woven tapestry, and I purchased ‘Splash’ various shades of blue. I spent so much time trying to find American made handbags that were affordable , but it was time well spent. I now know where to shop for my next handbag ! Oh and added bonus- very reasonably priced !

You can never have too many Danny K. handbags! This one is my third (first purchased through Amazon), and the quality and workmanship of this one is as good as the first one I bought (and still use) over 10 years ago. They wear like iron, match everything I own, and are just the right size for daily “necessities”. Their selection of sizes, styles, and fabrics (visit their web site) is unsurpassed, and I believe they’re the best custom-made, U.S.-made purses you can buy for the money! Love my custom bag!
I purchased this bag many years ago in a museum gift shop. Love this bag! It is lightweight with a perfect set of little pockets to organize all I carry. The quality of these bags is outstanding And the designs are lovely and hard to choose from. The strap is adjustable and can be worn over the shoulder or Crossbody. The bag I Purchased that lasted for many years I got many states away from where I live. The strap on my new bag is a different material than the old strap that is still able to be attached to the new bag.

Quality Craftmenship
I just switched over. The biggest plus is all the compartments! It is a beautiful purse. I love it. There are several reasons for my purchase aside from I loved style and look: it is made in the USA and it contains no animal products that I can find which is what I was looking for.

Love this purse..second one I have ordered from Danny K...because it's top quality, made in the USA! I love the fabric design, size and all the pockets, inside and out. Lots of space for everything I need, keys, phone and sunglasses fit in the pocket on the front of the purse...a winner!

I admit it, I'm a purse junkie. So when I find a handbag that is everything I love and need, I have to brag. First of all, it is a quality bag; no corners were cut in production. It has ample space, with lots of pockets and compartments, and yet is not too large and cumbersome. Finally, it looks so good! I've received so many compliments on it. This is the first time I've bought from this seller, but I will be back. Great buy!

Good Looking Tapestry Handbag
Very attractive tapestry purse. Colors were just as pictured. Size is good. Very well made. I needed a purse that is lighter weight than my leather one - and this bag is lighter. I would even like to have a few more in different colors!

My 4th Danny K handbag!
Another beautiful Danny K handbag to add to my collection. These are the best! The designer has thoughtfully planned out all the compartments we most often need. Craftsmanship is wonderful, fabrics are beautiful, and they are made in the USA. With all that being said, they never wear out. I have one that's at least 10 years old. and it looks like new.

Great bag— but too small for iPad Pro!
Given the dimensions listed for this bag, I thought it would *just* work for my iPad Pro, as a combo purse/iPad bag for traveling. Sadly, I must report that while it might barely fit without the Magic Keyboard Folio, I never have it out of the thing, so it’s not usable for this purpose. Also, even if it HAD been a fit, the bag’s capacity was surprisingly small, given that it’s called a “large”! For a daily handbag, it would be perfect. For a travel handbag which could also hold an iPad Pro, just too small in every way. The fabric and workmanship were excellent.

I love Danny K bags, I have at least a half dozen of them in varying sizes and styles. I am reviewing my most recent, the “large zipper purse” (which really isn’t very large, but is the size of the listed dimensions) in Wild Mango. I love this purse for travel, it will fold flat in your suitcase to be used on arrival. Also slim enough to use inside a large tote you might carry for travel. The fabrics are beautiful and artfully designed. The pockets are useful and functional. Craftsmanship is beautiful and I know from experience these bags are durable. And I like supporting companies that manufacture in the USA. My only very slight criticism isn’t of the product but of the listing. Because such unique fabrics are used, there will be differences in the execution and placement of fabric design. I am including photos of what I received (front and back) for comparison to the listing. Both are beautiful but they are not the same. I have been known to stand in a store and compare bags, mulling over which placement I like best. Honestly, if I had been mulling over these two bags, the one in the listing and the one I received, I probably would have chosen the one in the listing, but I’m really not certain. I like the one I got and because I have so many of these bags I was not surprised that I received a variation. I do think the listing could be improved by mentioning this however. Best to create realistic expectations.

I am SO happy with my Danny K. purse! I love everything about it. The quality and craftmanship are outstanding. I usually carry a larger purse, so was concerned all my "stuff" might not fit. I was wrong! This purse is like Dr. Who's Tardis! It fits everything with room to spare. It's so smartly designed, they must have put some great research into figuring out what a woman needs in her handbag. It is the best purse I've every had and I'm 65 :-). I will be buying another one for sure. I always try to buy American made goods, so the fact that this great product is made in the USA is wonderful!!

My purse arrived super fast and is in perfect condition. It's well made, and just the right size for me. I like all the extra detail work, side pockets and zippered parts that help to keep things in their place. The open side pocket is just the right size for cell phones.

I have been looking and looking for this handbag.My niece gave her mother one for Mothers Day. I fell in love with hers but wanted a little bit bigger--So I checked Danny K out and Walla took a chance and ordered my bag. Love it. I’ve had at least 3 of this style of Danny K and I will keep continuing to buy them. They did not wear out; I just couldn’t resist another design or seasonal look. The zippered compartments and pouches hold everything without being bulky. The quality is excellent. (A friend asked if she could have one I had finished with!)

Perfect Size
Love this bag! I got it for my daughter for Christmas and fell in love, so got the Neptune blue for me. Carried it for three months and she decided she liked mine better, so we traded. It still looks like new. Holds my stuff and is still small enough not to be in the way all the time.

Beautiful, Sturdy, Well-Priced!
Several decades ago, I walked into a gift shop in Moorestown, NJ and saw these amazing tapestry purses. They were perfect for travel and so well- priced I bought two in different palettes. They also worked on days not traveling when I didn’t need so much stuff! I went back to buy the smaller purse for evening. All three still look new! Flash- forward to the present and imagine how excited I was to find Danny K on Amazon. My new purse is perfect for lunch, an outing with friends. Like the older purses, it is incredibly well-designed and constructed.

I got the larger size - be sure to CHECK on the SIZE you are ordering. The ad for the large and smaller purse looked exactly the same in the online photo. Beautiful fabric, pockets work for everything I carry with me. Much lighter than my old leather purse. Very convenient design.

Just Like the Photo!
I am so happy that the fabric looks just like it is pictured. The handbag is very well made, smart looking, and quite lightweight. I am using it for days that I need to carry a purse for longer than usual. Although it can hold quite a bit, I love it for the days I am going for a day of shopping, or when I am traveling, and I pack it very light to keep the weight off my neck and shoulders. There aren't many pockets, but for my purposes that is perfect. Since it is slim, it easily fits under my coat which helps protect it from thieves. The strap is adjustable and strong, but is very plain – a heavy grosgrain ribbon style. However, it is effective in keeping the handbag lightweight and it is in proportion to the bag. I am well pleased with this purchase!

I love Danny K bags! They are well made and last forever. I have a few of the smaller bags and they’re great, but sometimes, especially when I travel, I have trouble cramming everything in. Not so with this bag. Add a pair of sunglasses? No problem! And I love the outside pockets. They are perfect for my phone and items requiring quick access. A zipper compartment outside and another one inside provide plenty of places to secure items. Although I bought it with travel in mind, it has become my everyday purse. It really isn’t too big. It’s just big enough to easily carry the things that I used struggle to fit into my smaller purse. I would definitely recommend this bag!

Wow! FINALLY a purse that has it all. Perfect size! Not too big, not too small. The fabric choice and workmanship are perfection. The designs are so high end and so inviting that I am ordering two more. The price is more than fair. The picture does not do it justice. Can handle everything you need to put in it

Needs bottom structure
The purse needs a solid bottom. Maybe a plastic liner between the lining and outside fabric. The corners are collapsing without any structure.
